Denmead Striders - April 2011 Handicap

Was hoping to join you all for the run but had the snivels, so thought best to give it a miss. Was looking forward to comparing the performance on a "flat" handicap circuit .... I run one at work and this involve an ascent of Portsdown hill (Porchester lane) to reach the finish.

By the time you had all passed me, the light was rather poor and the photos are a little darker than normal. It was nearly at the point where it was not worth taking the photos.
