FULLER'S Denmead 10K - 2011
It was a pleasant autumns day, ideal for a little jaunt around some country lanes. The course is mostly flat with a little climb around the 4km mark just to raise the heart rate a little.
This is my "home ground", and if you have the time their are some very pleasant runs using the roads/paths to the north of the village, which are a lot quieter but a lot more undulating and very scenic.
I was at the 2 locations this year:
The first point was about 300m from the start, on the harvest home roundabout.

The second location was at the 9Km mark. This was not an ideal spot as the power lines are in the background of most shots (background is such that it should be easy to "photoshop" to remove the cables). I do have an alternative location that I use for the times when you finish as soon as you enter the KGF field, but after doing my knee in last week I can't move too fast and would not have reached it in time.
