Summer X-Country 2010

This site contains  photos taken at the Summer X-Country at the Queen Elizabeth Country park, June 30th 2010. The running gods where generous to you, with the weather been a little cooler than the previous few days - making it a more pleasurable experience. I sure any of the ladies who did the Purbrook 5 last Sunday appreciated the change in temperature. This is not an easy run to do as their are some steep climbs in places, and the descent back through the wooded path at the end is "interesting". 

Note that the photos taken at the first location have suffered a little from the difficult lighting conditions with some images looking a little over exposed in places. Normally this area is in full sun, but it looks like the tress have grown a few feet since last year, that now means with the evening sun lower in the sky the area is in part shade.  Time to look for a new location. I've included these photos, just in case I was unable to get a shot of you at the second location.

All images can be freely used for personal use, running club websites and running club newsletter's etc. The copy write notice is only their  to deter anyone from trying to sell my images commercially.
