Summer X-Country 2009

This site contains  photos taken at the Summer X-Country at the Queen Elizabeth Country park, June 24th 2009. It was a very pleasant evening for a gentle run around the park. This is not an easy run to do as their are some steep climbs in places, and the descent back through the wooded path at the end is "interesting".  Despite you all thundering around the forest, the local wildlife did not seem to worried, as the picture above was taken while the race was in progress, just wished I'd had my bigger lens with me.
