TRWL Manor Farm 2009

This is not an event I normally do, but I'd been suffering from a bad cold for the past week and a week without any running I needed to find a  reason to get myself into the fresh air for a bit.

The course was rather muddy in places, and with ice on the muddy puddles it must have made for some cold wet feet. The lens hood for the camera normally used as a sun shield made a very effective mud shield as a few of you where throwing up a little mud as you went past.

I was not at the best location for photos as you where a little quicker than I expected you all to be.
