Butser Hill Run 2009

A beautiful day for a run, could have done with been a little cooler, as a few of you looked to be rather warm. A good size field again this year.
Again I was at two locations. The first location was just past the gate on the first ascent. Photographically its not an ideal point as you are shooting into the sun, but at this point many of you are just finding out what you have let yourself in for. In the background you will notice all the runners behind you streaming up the hill. The more observant of you may have noticed the video camera. If you would like to watch the video on YouTube please click this link Butser Video . Please note - if you are accessing this site from work, then YouTube access is most likely blocked by your IT people.
Once you had all past me I then had to run to get into position to catch you again at the end of the third ascent. Did not make it to my intended point, but it seems the position i had worked out Ok in the end.
