Denmead 10 K - 2007

It was an ideal autumnal weather for a run, cool and dry. The only down side was the amount of traffic on some of the roads used.

This is my "home ground" and I usually run on the roads to the north of the village, which are a lot quieter but a lot more undulating.

I was at the usual 2 locations this year:

The first point was about 300m from the start, on the harvest home roundabout.
